School Annual Report

To impart integral education to strengthen the students’ knowledge and develop life skills necessary for lifelong learning in the contemporary and fast changing world so as to construct and share knowledge to develop leadership qualities and to cultivate the value of service, patriotism and enlightened global citizenship.

To be a holistic learning Centre which provides academic excellence in a value based environment where children not only imbibe knowledge, but also trained to be skillful so as to bring out their full potential thereby improving the quality of their life.

The new academic year 2018-19 commenced on 4th June 2018 with school assembly and prayer. We had arranged a rally to welcome all the kids and new comers.

The school produced another excellent result during the academic year 2017-18. It was an outstanding performance by the students. We are proud to report that 2017-18 batch of X class have brought laurels to the school by their excellent result. Meritorious efforts of students, dedication from parents brought in the glory of 100% result.

The school is following the practice of teachers-parents interaction to discuss about the academic achievements of the students. This practice has helped us in assembling the areas of strength and weakness of a child for taking remedial action.

PTA has always shown a keen interest in the progress of our institution. At the beginning of this academic year new members were elected to the executive committee. We get sincere co-operation from them. Let me thank our PTA president Mrs.Ayisha S C and all executive members for their support and encouragement.

The mega exhibition named Blaze 2018-19 was held in the month of December. It was indeed an inspiring and joyful moment for us when Sri. N ANellikkunnu MLA inaugurated the exhibition programmed. Our students were very excited and happy to display their models and ideas infront of spectators. The students came forward with new creative ideas and models on different topics. Here let me express my sincere gratitude to all the teachers and students who worked hard and made it a successful and memorable event.

We conduct literary Association meeting every month in order to awake the dormant talents and potentialities of our children. Students were divided into four different houses and they compete each other with great excitement in a variety of events like: music, dance, and arts.

It is important for the children to realize how privileged they are to have wonderful parents like you. Nallapadam club members under the guidance of Binu Sir and Sheeba teacher, have conducted many social activities during the year for the children to realize the importance of sharing and helping our school is placed under A grade in Nallapadam rating.

The school has always been taking lot of initiatives to get the best talent in the sports area. The annual athletic meet was inaugurated by Dr.Pasupathi, Principal College of engineering, Payyannur. The day witnessed a spectacular march fast by our four different houses. We conducted sports day with our students of four different houses and they displa0yed their sportive powers by participating in various events. Special congratulation to Mr. Nazir Abdulla, students of MYMA English Medium School, who got selected to Kerala football training academy under FIFA.

“All works and no play make Jack a Dull Boy”. The school has organized oneday picnic programmed for the students. The students of K G to IV class were taken to Vismaya water theme park, Kannur and students of V to IX were taken to Mangalore for one day picnic.

Life is a celebration of awakenings of new beginning. All celebrations are part of life. We try not to miss any important feast day or festival. We celebrated all the important days like Independence Day, onam, teacher’s day, childrens day, republic day etc. with pleasure and enthusiasm.

Our K G little ones participated in K G fest conducted by JCI Payyannur and secured overall championship for the second consecutive year. Special congratulation to all the K g teachers and students.
We conduct Karatte class once in every week under the guidance of Subair Sir to keep our children physically fit always.
In order to make mathematics easy to all children e started abacus classes under the guidance of Salija teacher and it is going on well.
In short I can tell you that students got ample opportunities to express their hidden talents in curricular and extracurricular activities.
Before concluding this report, I take this opportunity to express my deep sense of gratitude to our management for their steady ongoing support. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to all the parents for theircontinuous support and co-operation.
