General Rules

  1. The school hours are from 10.20 am to 3.45 pm. The students should reach the school at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the school time.
  2. English being the medium of instruction and communication in the school except in language classes students should speak English.
  3. Late coming and absence are generally not allowed and if any one happens to be late or absent on any day, he/she should produce a letter from the parents stating the reasons.
  4. In case of prolonged illness, a medical certificate will have to be produced.
  5. Students are not allowed to meet their parents/guardians or visitors during the school hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
  6. Parents or guardians should ensure that their children are regular and punctual in attending the school.
  7. Students should not wear valuable ornaments when they come to school. Every student is responsible for the safe custody of his/her belongings.
  8. No students will enter into other classrooms without due permission.
  9. Permission from the principal is necessary for leaving the school premises during school hours. They will be sent out only with the parents or the person authorized by the parents. Verbal request through the messengers or students themselves will not be encouraged.
  10. Politeness and courtesy are expected from each and every student. His/her manner and conduct should create a good impression on other in and out the school premises.
  11. It is obligatory for all student to write all the tests and examinations, unless there is a serious health reason.  If a student is absent no re-test or re-exam will be conducted.
  12. The principal reserve the right to dismiss a student if he/she is irregular in attendance or disobedient or discourteous to teachers or is resorting to any sort of malpractices during the examinations.

Rules of Conduct

  1. Students should attend school wearing the school uniform on working days and also on days when there are functions and festivals.
  2. The school uniform should be clean, full and well dressed and have their haircuts etc. in time. Students who are not smartly dressed may be sent home.
  3. School authorities are not responsible for the safety of students outside the school campus. Students should not remain in the school campus after class hours.
  4. Leave records should be filled and brought by the child when he/she comes to the school on expiry of the leave.
  5. Students are not allowed to go out of the school to buy anything even if it is school materials.
  6. The property of school should be handled with utmost care and everything should be done to preserve the cleanliness of the building and furniture.
  7. If a student is absent from the school for 15 days without leave letter his/her name will struck off from rolls and the same is applicable for the students who have not paid fees dues for a month.
  8. Parents must take keen interest in the day today performance of their children and see that children do their homework and other assignments regularly, behave properly in school and outside. Reach school in time and reach back home in time.
  9. Please inspect the school diary and school bag daily to make sure that your child is doing the home assignments and see if there is any information is sent to you. Also make use of the dairy to send any information to teacher or to school.
  10. Students should assemble class-wise for the assembly.
  11. Every student must behave respectfully towards the members of the staff.
  12. Every students shall have with him/her the text books and note books required for the class he/she attends. They should not bring any newspapers, periodicals, comics, toys, fancy articles etc. other than school books to the school.
  13. Students shall neither borrow or lend money nor exchange articles.
  14. Playing in class rooms and on corridors is strictly prohibited.
  15. Every student must get acquainted with the rules and regulations of the given in this handbook besides the timely instructions given by the authorities through public announcements, notices, mobile application, etc.
